 Our process begins with flexibility—you can bring your items to us, or our experienced team can come directly to your location. For estates, collections, and trusts, we often work onsite, carefully cataloging each firearm and related item. Every item is recorded on our official Consignor Contract Sheets (available for download on our website) so you have complete documentation from the start. At the conclusion of our visit, you receive a fully itemized receipt detailing exactly what we have taken into our care.

 Once at our secure facility, your items undergo a meticulous cleaning and presentation process to ensure they look their absolute best. We understand that presentation drives bidding, so our professional in-house photographer captures each firearm from every angle, highlighting its condition and unique features. Our goal is to give potential buyers the confidence to bid high—because they can see exactly what they’re getting.

 After photography, each item is evaluated and described by our in-house firearms experts. Our descriptions are detailed, accurate, and written to highlight each piece’s appeal to collectors, shooters, and enthusiasts. From there, your items are uploaded to multiple leading auction platforms and remain online for 30 days of maximum exposure to buyers around the globe. Absentee and pre-bidding are open for the full 30 days, building interest well before our two-day live streaming webcast event. 

 When your items are posted, we email you a complete consignment list that includes detailed descriptions and assigned lot numbers. This allows you to follow your items every step of the way, tracking bidding activity and auction progress in real time. 

 After the auction concludes, we handle all in-house packing and shipping, ensuring every item reaches its new owner safely. From auction day to final payment takes approximately two weeks, during which we collect payments and finalize transactions. Upon completion, you receive a Consignor Settlement Sheet that breaks down the sale prices for each item. Your payment promptly follows.
